But what does "feeling bad' really mean? It can mean anything from no feeling at all to despondency and everything in between. And with every Don't Want you focus on, you are flowing more closed valve, negative energy out to attract more of the same. Feeling bad is what we do all day long and think it's normal. Feeling bad is what humanity does. Feeling bad is living with constant focus on Don't wants.
Don't Wants ...
-- Are always negatively charged
-- can be problems, issues, or conditions we don't like
-- are what we focus on 98 percent of our day
-- are not permanent; only our focus holds them to us
Don't wants are how we view the world, and they ...
--never feel good when we think about them
--never feel like a warm fuzzy
--feel perfectly normal to us
--feel no different than what we think life is
Don't wants are always with us, unless consciously dissipated.
--You can be a sweet, kind, and "good" person,
--you can be a goody-two-shoes or first-class people-pleaser.
--you can be deeply religious,
--you can be a grand philanthropist
But if you're not feeling happy, having fun, enjoying life to to hilt, having a ball, and basically feeling great, you're living from Don't Wants.
ANY negative focus is a Don't Want
